AGPA Purpose

Apollo Gymnastics Parents Association (AGPA) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt association organized for the sole purpose of providing support for the amateur athletic competitive programs of Apollo Gymnastics, which competes under the governance of the Men and Women's Artistic program of USA Gymnastics (USAG).

Through assessments, fundraising and sponsorship programs, AGPA manages the different costs associated with Apollo's competitive gymnastics program:

  • competition entry fees for both teams and individuals;
  • post season meets to include TOPs, High Performance Camps, FutureStars, Hopes and Elite; and
  • coaches fees and travel expenses

AGPA membership is optional.  However, each family must register their child with Apollo Gymnastics Parents Association (AGPA) in order for those athletes to be registered for meets in the competitive season. Registration is done annually beginning July 1st and assessments are invoiced by and paid to AGPA. The competitive assessments are paid separately from the tuition that is paid monthly to Apollo Gymnastics. The assessment payment schedule is available at the time of registration and updated annually as needed. For more information about how to register, email the AGPA President.

AGPA holds regular board meetings and offers informational trainings throughout the season to our membership. Dates for the board meetings and trainings are announced via email and Facebook.
